چکیده
One of the biggest global public health issues, cancer has a negative impact on people's and quality life. Therefore, it is undeniable that interest in drugs for treatment increased. On other hand, addition to patient safety during administration used due their possible toxic properties, crucial maintain safe working environment safeguard professionals who provide from possibility coming into touch with this class medications. At same time, extremely important develop methods analysis antineoplastic different environments.
In study, new application disposable pencil-tip graphite electrode determination Vinorelbine, which one semi-synthetic derivatives Vinca alkaloids, herbal treatment, presented.
Using electrode, CV SWV techniques were examine electrochemical characteristics vinorelbine throughout large pH range (2.0-12.0), both without surfactant medium. Vinorelbine BR (pH=10.0) buffer containing 3 mM cationic (tetra-n-butylammonium bromide) by SW-AdSV technique, responded voltammetrically potential +0.75 V. The suggested technique been successfully human urine samples have spiked medication formulations.
